About Sofasoy Candle Co.

Sofasoy was founded in 2020 by Sophie Hammond after her and her husband struggled with their our own dog’s allergic reactions to candles and other scented products in the home. 

As a candle lover, It inspired Sophie to create her own home fragrance products so she knew exactly what was going into them and ensure that they were safer to use around beloved pets but also safer for humans and the environment too!

All Sofasoy candles are crafted from the purest soy wax, paraben free oils, are vegan friendly, cruelty free and long lasting. All packaging is also made from recycled materials where possible.

Today Sofasoy is run by a team of three and Sophie’s pet dog Nina. Our home fragrance store is based in the beautiful coastal town of Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire where we lovingly hand-pour all our candles and craft beautiful products for your home.
